Sell on dibzz

We collect the name, email address and phone number you provide or receive from your chosen sign-in method. When you buy or sell, we also process delivery details, listings, orders, payment status, messages and support information. Live shows may include audio, video, chat and recordings associated with a sale.
We use this information to authenticate accounts, run live shows, complete and support orders, prevent fraud, send essential account and transaction messages, and improve the reliability and safety of dibzz. We do not sell personal information.
We share only the information needed to operate dibzz with service providers such as Supabase for authentication and data, Google for optional sign-in, Resend for email, LiveKit for live video, Razorpay for payments, and hosting and messaging providers. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies and our agreements with them.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform. We use access controls, encryption in transit and restricted service credentials, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You can update your profile details in dibzz. To request access, correction or deletion of your account information, contact us. Some order or payment records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
